Conclusions help you understand your results and identify the areas that have potential for improvement. By comparing your results to benchmarks you can get a better understanding of how your team is doing. Go to Start > Dashboard to find your results and the conclusions.
Results on the Dashboard are categorized into four sections:
- Celebrate these results.
Results with a high score will show in this section. Take a few minutes to reflect on why these results are good and what you can do to keep a high score.
- Improve these results.
The score on these questions has lower results. Put some extra effort into figuring out how you and your team can improve on these areas. See if there are any Actions connected to this question and use these as your next-step.
- Polarized results.
The results of these questions are polarized. There seem to be very different opinions among the employees in your team.
- Neutral results.
These results are on average, or can't be categorized as good or bad (not numerical). Take a closer look at the results and make your own reflection.
How does this work?
The questions are categorized into a section based on its "Conclusion score". To generate the score, the system compares the question results with external or internal benchmarks. All numerical questions from the &frankly library will be compared with the external benchmark, and all tailormade questions will be compared with the internal benchmarks.
Example: Question results that are on par with or higher than the benchmarks, will show in the section “Celebrate these results”.
