The Continuous measurement will automatically send out a variation of questions that over time will provide you with a complete assessment of the engagement levels in your organization based on &frankly’s research-based engagement model which includes 7 drivers.
The measurement makes it really easy to get on top of the engagement levels in your organization. You will automatically get updates (according to your preferred frequency) for overall engagement and individual driver scores with very little effort.
The continuous measurement will run silently in the background and provide you with insights into your strength and weaknesses as an organization.
How does it work?
Each of the 7 drivers that are part of &frankly's research-based engagement model, is represented by a total of 4 different questions - except for the driver Pride which also includes the eNPS question.
Once the model is activated it will send out questions in 4 different rounds, according to your preferred frequency of either weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
In each round, 1 question from each driver will be sent. Since it is 7 drivers in total - this means a total of 7 questions will be sent in each round (except for Round 1 when the eNPS question is also sent).
