Administrator– The "administrator" is one of three roles in &frankly. The administrator has access to the whole account and can, therefore, view results for all groups, schedule to all groups and manage settings for the account.
ENPS - The employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) is a popular metric within employee engagement. The metric is based on one simple question: “How likely are you to recommend your employer to others?". You can read more about it HERE
Group – A group in &frankly is a collection of users. Quick questions and pulses are scheduled to one or several groups. With groups that mirror your teams, departments and/or units, you can get more insights and a better understanding of your results. Groups are found in the menu under People > Groups.
KPI – A Key Performance Indicator (KPI) is an aggregated score, which is generated from a group of questions put together. All &frankly pulses generate KPI:s automatically. When creating your own pulse, you can choose which questions you would like to add to the KPI. Click here to read more about KPIs.
Manager – A "manager" is one of three roles in &frankly. A manager is usually the owner of one or several groups, which the manager can see and edit, view results for, and, create and schedule questions to. Administrators can regulate what the managers can access.
Preferred language – Preferred language regulates the language for questions and results. All &frankly standard questions have translations into several languages, by choosing a preferred language the user can decide the language that is preferred when viewing questions and results. On a Team subscription, you can choose between English and Swedish.
Pulse – A pulse is a small survey! In &frankly a pulse is a set of questions, which can be sent to groups in &frankly.
Pulse library - In the pulse library, you can find all of the &frankly pulses and create your own pulses.
Quick question – A quick question, is just what the name indicates, one question that can be sent out quickly! Quick questions are created under Questions > Quick question. These questions are created and activated one at a time, in the same view. Results for quick questions are presented in the same view as other questions (Results > Individual questions), click on the icon “Quick question”.
Question library – In the library, you can find all the &frankly standard questions. Use the different categories to filter questions on various topics. You can also find the company’s questions, which are those that are added to the company library (favorites). An administrator can add questions to the company library.
Results integrity – Results integrity is about the settings around result visibility. Result settings can regulate how many answers that are needed to present the average, the spread, and comments. Administrators can access the settings in the menu under Account > Company settings. Read more here: Anonymity threshold
System language - System language is the language in the system and the menu bar. The language can be set to English, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish.
User – A "user" is one of three roles in &frankly. Users can answer questions and see results. What users can access in &frankly is regulated by the Administrator, and/or by the Manger that have scheduled questions.
