How can I start a program?
Go to Questions > Scheduling and select the group you want to activate the program for. As an administrator, you can see and select all groups in your account while as a manager, you can see and select the group(s) that you are group owner of in &frankly.
Click on the magnifier if you want to preview the program and see the set schedule of questions that will be sent. When you are ready to activate the program, simply click the play button.
What questions will be sent first?
Subscribing to a program means that you subscribe to a pre-defined set of pulses that will be sent on a fixed schedule. Which pulse and questions will be sent first depends on when you activate the program. Look at the timeline in each program to see where in time you will get started. You can also look below each question to see what time of the week the questions are set to be sent. If the questions are set to Monday 10.00am and you subscribe to the program on a Thursday, the questions will be sent directly since the time settings for the questions has passed already.
Can I pause or stop a program?
Yes, of course. Select the group which is subscribed to the program and click on the "pause icon" to stop the program. If you want to subscribe again, just click play.
