If you aren't receiving notifications in the app, please check the following steps:
- Log in to the &frankly app and go to Settings > Notifications. Make sure that the notifications are activated. If you have chosen to get notified once a week and not whenever questions are asked, there might be questions scheduled to open later in the week.
- Go to your phone settings and make sure that you allow notifications from &frankly.
- Ask your manager or a colleague if there are questions open this week, in other words, make sure that you really should have gotten a notification.
- Ask your manager to check if your user has a group membership in &frankly
