The general thought with pulses is to quickly and on a regular basis get relevant input for a continuous dialogue with the employees in order to drive engagement. The system is set up so that pulses are open a maximum of seven days (Monday to Sunday).
You can activate a pulse any day of the week but it will always be closed on the following Sunday. Calculated reports are available on Monday mornings.
