The idea of sending pulses is to quickly and on a regular basis get relevant input for a continuous dialogue with the employees. The system is set up so that pulses can be open one or two weeks (maximum Monday to Sunday the week after).
You can activate a pulse any day of the week but it will always be closed on Sunday the same week, or on Sunday the following week. Per default, pulses will have a one-week setting. Read this guide if you want to learn how to change a pulse from one week to two weeks.
The results can be seen in real-time on the web as soon as there are enough answers. Calculated reports are available on all results pages, including the mobile app on Monday mornings the day after the pulse closed.
