Step 1: Engage your managers!

The &frankly open manager trainings provides your managers with tips and tricks on how to use &frankly, and how to work with the results. The trainings are available every month, free of charge and available in both Swedish and English.
Step 2: Get all employees on board!
Plan well ahead for your internal communication about &frankly! The information you need to provide is why and how you will start using &frankly. The purpose is to ensure everyone feels comfortable and aligned with how you will work with the tool. Reach more employees by sharing the information into multiple channels, at various times – the likelihood of reaching your employees with your information will then be higher.
