The system doesn't recognize my email address, what can I do?
If you are new to your workplace, it is possible that your account in &frankly hasn't been created just yet. Please contact your manager or one of the &frankly administrators in your organization and ask them to create an account for you. If you're uncertain who to contact in your organization, contact us and we'll help you find the right person!
If you recently changed your name or email address and need to update your profile in &frankly, send an email to your account administrator or firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for help. Due to security and privacy reasons, email addresses or phone numbers can only be edited by administrators or the support team at &frankly.
My email and password is correct but I receive an error message when signing in, what can I do?
First, see if you can solve the problem by refreshing the page and/or clearing cookies and cache on your browser. If you're trying to sign in on the mobile app, please delete the app from your phone and download the latest version.
